Your employee can check the content of the delivery by checking the barcode of the transport label and the ASN before despatching the goods.
Communication
The TCP/IP connection which is integrated into Darwin 3 enables direct or indirect connection to your customer over a VAN (VALUE Added network) service. Communication in Darwin 3 depends on your customer.
You can adjust the way of the connection differently for each of your customers, for example at which time and how often a data fetch is carried out for your customer.
Business rules
In the business rules it is possible to adjust the specific requirements and desires of the customer.
Systemlogging
All processes in the Darwin 3 system are recorded by the system log and can be viewed in the Darwin administrator.
When using the standard settings all activities of the users and the communication sessions will be recorded.
A further option makes it possible for you to send contents of the system log directly to our support via e-mail. In this way it is possible for us to reconstruct exactly what happened in your Darwin system.
